While eyewear may seem small and simple in appearance, its abundancy and diversity in style and design goes far beyond what most of people can imagine. Even have been in eyewear production and business for nearly 20 years, I can be always suprising on the possiblity and creativity in new models developing by our designers and engineers. For example, we offen use different decorated stuff on frame to reach unique aesthetic appeal. No matter how small of the place on the front or temple, we can find proper techniques to match them together well. Here are some of our new models samples on decorated parts and techniques.
Improved Enamel technique is combined with special structure of metal. Inside enamel can be shinning powder in different colors.The metal temple is bevel from middle to two sides. The two decorated parts are perfectly aligned on both bevels from wide to narrow.
On the front, enamel shinning gold parts aligned the corner curve, and matched with several glittery stones. See through the transpartent acetate with special natural pattern, what glamour it is!
Mixed acetate and metal material in the middle of eyebrow, several sparkling stones embeded in the slim line of gold color metal, with glitter acetate part, all add a touch of luxury and modern feeling.
One special thin metal material and technique we called “UP Tag” applied on acetate frame. It can be made in very subtle and complicated pattern with very clear finishing for special logo or design.
Realize enamel finishing with much economic way and still keep 3D touch. The pattern will have convex appearance on the surface. The decorated enamel part can be in any color to match the whole frame design.
Leather material can also be used on frame. Embed different color and finishing leather in different shape parts on metal temple, which they can match perfectly and no worry of falling out.
