Acetate and metal are the main material used for the manufacturing of our eyewear. The acetate is a material of plant origin that comes from cotton and wood dust. It has amazing qualities for performing incredible colours and high quality finishings in our glasses. We produce all models with high-quality acetate from the renowned brand of the world. Our metal components for the frames are made in famous factory has a long history of decades.

1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
JM Optical is an eyewear company with nearly 20 years of industry experience. We provide end-to-end services covering design, engineering, production, quality control and logistics. Our frames are designed in Shanghai and manufactured at our factory in Wenzhou, China — you work with one accountable supplier from sample to shipment.
2. What is your MOQ?
Ready-stock styles: 12 pcs per color. OEM/ODM production: 300 pcs per style.
3. What is your lead time?
Ready-stock items ship in 7 days. OEM/ODM production takes 60-90 days after sample approval (about 9-13 weeks; complex styles or peak season may extend to 15 weeks).
4. Do you offer OEM/ODM services? What can be customized?
Yes. We offer OEM/ODM with customization on logo, frame color, lens tint, temples and packaging. Our experienced and highly skilled engineers can turn your creative ideas into manufacturable, high-quality mass-production products with the best cost-performance.
5. What certifications do your products have?
We produce under an ISO 9001 quality management system. CE documentation, FDA registration details and EN ISO test reports are supplied for the models they cover; the individual documents are listed on our certifications page.
6. What frame materials do you work with?
Metal, acetate, TR90, titanium and combination frames (acetate with metal accents), covering both optical frames and sunglasses.
7. What lenses are used on your optical frames and sunglasses?
Optical frames ship with PC demo lenses. Sunglasses ship with the lenses stated on each style, such as polarized TAC lenses with UV400 protection or nylon lenses with UV400 protection.
8. What is your production capacity?
Our facility was established in 2015, covers 10,000 sqm, employs around 130 workers, runs 6 production lines with 20+ CNC machines, and supports a monthly capacity of about 220,000 pcs across metal, acetate, TR90 and titanium.
9. Do you provide samples before bulk orders?
Yes, samples of any style can be provided for customer approval before mass production. The sample cost is charged to the customer but will be deducted from the future bulk order.

11. What payment methods do you accept?
