Hard eyewear cases are the part of an eyewear package that customers actually judge. A frame arrives in a box that is thrown away; the case is what gets used every day, and it is where a private-label range either feels finished or feels cheap.
What we stock. Rigid clamshell cases in coated board, moulded polycarbonate and EVA, from a compact 158 x 65 x 38 mm sleeve for reading glasses up to a 190 x 90 x 55 mm shell for oversized sunglasses and wide fronts. Finishes run from matte leather-grain and soft-touch coating to transparent PC, and most models are available in three to six stock colours so a range can be colour-matched rather than assembled at random.
Choosing a size. Measure the frame front width and add 10 mm: a 140 mm front needs a 150 mm internal cavity, not a 160 mm external case. Most returns caused by packaging come from a case that is too shallow rather than too small, so check the internal depth against a chunky sunglass front before specifying.
Branding and pairing. Lids take deboss, foil block or one to four colour print from 300 pcs. Cases are normally shipped in the same carton as the frames they belong to, so the case, the cloth and the frame are approved in one round and arrive together. That single-shipment arrangement is the main practical reason to buy frames and packaging from one factory instead of two.
