The 36407RS is a soft square full-rim optical frame: a rounded-square eye shape with trimmed corners, cut at 54-15-145 so it sits comfortably on medium to wider faces without reading oversized. The front is machined from solid acetate sheet, tumbled and hand-polished to a deep gloss, then finished with small gold-tone metal ornaments — one on each end piece, one at the front of each temple.
A shape that sells across the counter
Square frames flatter round and oval faces, and the softened corners keep the look modern rather than severe. Because the eye shape is neither strictly square nor strictly round, it photographs well and works in both men’s and women’s collections — one model can carry a whole capsule range without a second tooling cost.
Small metal details, real production value
The ornaments are pressed metal, set into the acetate during assembly — not printed, not glued on. They sit exactly at the hinge line, where a customer’s eye goes when they pick the frame up, and they are the detail that separates a stock frame from a designed one.
Four colourways, one stock line
Solid black and tortoise cover the classic shelf; transparent green and transparent grey pick up the translucent acetate trend. All four share the same front, temple and size, so a buyer can mix colours inside one order without re-forecasting.
Ready for prescription
Every frame ships with clear PC demo lenses, ready for the optician to fit prescription, blue-light or photochromic lenses. The demo lens holds the frame shape in stock and on display, and swaps out without touching the frame.

Production & OEM
Designed in Shanghai, produced in our Wenzhou factory: the acetate front is CNC-cut and hand-polished, the metal ornaments are pressed and set, hinges are assembled to standard optical spec, and every frame is inspected before shipment. Ready-stock MOQ is 12 pcs per colour; custom OEM/ODM starts at 300 pcs per style with your logo, frame colour, lens tint or packaging, at 60-90 days after sample approval. Frames are produced under an ISO 9001 quality management system, and test reports are available on request.
