BX006CF is the large one: a 190 × 90 × 55 mm box and a 170 × 60 × 40 mm PU flap pouch. It exists because oversized frames and sunglasses do not fit a 160 mm case, and forcing a wide front into one is a common way to bend an end piece before the frame ever reaches a customer.
The box carries a wood-grain emboss on a black wrap, which reads as texture rather than print at arm’s length and photographs well — useful for brands whose product shots are taken on a tabletop rather than in a studio. The lid has room for a logo in print or foil without crowding the border.
The pouch is a soft PU flap with a round snap stud rather than a zip. A snap closes one-handed at the counter, does not scratch the frame when the pouch is over-stuffed, and is the closure most optical chains ask for on a stock pouch. The lining is soft enough for coated and AR lenses, which mark easily against a hard interior.
All three parts are quoted together so the frame, the pouch and the box are approved as one unit. Colours, logo method and carton packing are confirmed at sampling, and the set can ship in the same carton as the frames.
