At 160 × 60 × 35 mm it takes a standard optical or sunglass frame with a little room to spare, but stays narrow enough to sit in a coat pocket. The three colours — navy, black, brown — cover the conservative end of the market where most private-label optical programmes actually sell.

The case is coated board over a rigid core, so it weighs very little while still resisting pressure. For programmes where the case travels by air freight, that weight difference adds up across a few thousand units.
